It is a consultancy service unit established in accordance with the first and second paragraphs of Article 43 of Law No. 6112, in order to perform the duties stated in Article 13 of the Regulation on the Duties, Powers and Responsibilities of the Radio and Television Supreme Council Organization and Service Units.
