a)    To determine the medium- and long-term strategies and policies of the Supreme Council, to conduct studies aimed at establishing service objectives, and to submit them to the Supreme Council.

b)    To conduct studies aimed at determining the strategies, policies, objectives, and goals of the Supreme Council, as well as its corporate vision and mission; to coordinate the preparation of the strategic plan; to monitor and evaluate its implementation; and to make recommendations to the Supreme Council.

c) To prepare the Supreme Council's activity report and submitting it to the Supreme Council for approval, ensuring that the approved activity report is sent to the relevant institutions and organizations and published on the Supreme Council's website.

d)    To identify new service opportunities, analyze the effectiveness of institutional services by examining external factors affecting the Supreme Council's services, coordinate efforts to address threats that hinder efficacy and efficiency, and present the results and recommendations of these efforts to the Supreme Council.

e)    To monitor developments related to broadcasting services, determine general strategies for the sector, joint supervision, self-regulation, and joint regulation mechanisms together with the Department of Monitoring and Evaluation; coordinate efforts aimed at developing broadcasting services in our country, and submit recommendations and results to the Supreme Council.

 f)    To conduct studies aimed at developing ideas, policies, and recommendations on matters requiring national and international vision and strategy related to the Broadcasting industry, and to submit them to the Supreme Council.

g)    To carry out studies on the establishment, development, and evaluation of the Supreme Council's institutional performance and quality criteria in coordination with the Quality Management Representative, and to make recommendations to the Supreme Council on the matter when necessary.

h)    To share the necessary applications regarding correspondence codes and standard file plans with the relevant units and submit them to the Supreme Council.

i)    To make recommendations to the Supreme Council to ensure that the Supreme Council's budget is prepared in accordance with the strategic plan and annual targets.

j)    To perform other duties assigned by the Supreme Council and the President of the Supreme Council.
