Speaking as part of the visit, RTÜK President Ebubekir Şahin emphasized the importance of international dialogue in the field of media and said:
"We are very pleased to welcome the Ambassador and the members of his distinguished delegation to our Council. This kind visit is the most concrete indication that the deep-rooted friendship and cooperation between our countries continues to grow stronger in the field of media. In the rapidly transforming media and communication world on a global scale, mutual exchange of experience is of great importance. We strongly believe that the steps to be taken together in areas such as broadcasting technologies, media literacy and digitalization will make significant contributions to both countries."
At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to expand and strengthen their cooperation in the field of media. RTÜK President Şahin emphasized that such contacts contribute to the strengthening of international cooperation, while the Chinese delegation expressed their readiness to advance media cooperation with Türkiye.
